Thumbs down Another dissatified customer

I too have been fleeced of my money by the Accor group. Every time I tried to redeem my complimentary nights accommodation in Singapore (Novotel Clarke Quay) or Australia... the hotels are ALL booked out!

Yet, they still phone me and hassle me to rejoin and to complete an online survey. I will NEVER give the Accor group any of my money by staying in one of their hotels!
