Just signed up for the forum and it looks like it's going to be a nice thing for us in planning our trip to Thailand this coming June. We've been pouring through guide books, but having a place to actually have a human being answer questions is very reassuring. My wife and I are Montessori school teachers in southern Indiana who have traveled far and wide, car camping all around the US, Canada and Alaska, but this is our first trip of this sort. So we're looking forward to finding old threads about the basics of traveling in SW Asia. Thus, hello!
