For crying out loud! Don't you think mark probably has enough on his plate getting this forum up and running without having to spend time finding an avatar just for you Jaxw??? It's simple enough to do...even I managed. Just click on one of the avatars in the User CP if you can't find a suitable one on google images or can't work out how to crop and resize one of your own pics.
